Which Wi-Fi frequencies are supported?
The gateway connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks only. 5 GHz Wi-Fi is not supported.
What is the recommended installation distance from the lock?
To maintain a stable connection, it is recommended to place the gateway within 5 metres of the door lock, preferably without walls or obstacles in between.
What cable is included with the gateway?
