The Venus Optics Laowa 90mm f/2.8 Ultra Macro APO is a full-frame macro lens engineered specifically for mirrorless cameras with a Canon RF mount. Providing focus from 2:1 magnification all the way to infinity, it serves macro photography, product shoots, and portraits.

Apochromatic Optical Design

The optical system features 13 elements in 10 groups, including 3 extra-low dispersion (ED) elements. This apochromatic (APO) configuration minimises chromatic aberration and optical distortion across both in-focus and out-of-focus areas.

Mechanical and Focusing Features

Internal Focusing technology keeps all optical movement inside the barrel, preventing length changes during focusing and reducing dust ingress. A 13-blade aperture produces smooth, rounded background blur.
